About your teacher: Marcella is a self-taught jeweller and passionate aficionado of all things creative. With a journey that began a decade ago, Marcella’s artistic exploration began amidst her travels through Asia, where she first delved into the exciting world of micro macramé jewellery. Since then, she has evolved her repertoire to encompass sterling silver wire work and, more recently, the intricate techniques of seed-beading.
Residing in the breathtaking Northern Rivers region, Marcella’s artistic journey is deeply intertwined with her philosophy of creative living. Guided by the belief that creativity allows us to connect with our inner truth, she built her business on this principle. Elythia, derived from the Greek word αλήθεια meaning “truth,” stands as a testament to this vision.
