Course Description

This program is designed to encourage students to develop an understanding of wildlife conservation and ways in which they can help save the planet! Applying investigative activities and hands-on animal encounters, students learn about the actions that they can take to help save our unique environment. Students will gain an understanding of wildlife preservation and how they can protect animals, plants and their habitats, ensuring that the future generations can enjoy our natural world and the incredible species that live within it.

  • ST2-1WS-S questions, plans and conducts scientific investigations, collects and summarises data and communicates using scientific representations
  • ST2-2DP-T selects and uses materials, tools and equipment to develop solutions for a need or opportunity
  • ST2-7MW-T investigates the suitability of natural and processed materials for a range of purposes
