Threatened species depend on us for survival. Through animal interaction, students connect with threatened wildlife to develop an understanding of the threats species face and upon returning to their class, turn their new knowledge into action. Students learn about threatening processes through activities and encounters, including habitat loss, disease and pollution, and identify solutions to the imminent danger many species face.
